Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, and written posts) across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer inquiries, and feedback, responding promptly to enhance customer relations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the agency’s presence relevant and engaging.
  • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns to promote travel packages and services.
  • Organize and run social media contests, giveaways, and campaigns to boost engagement and follower growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing principles.
