Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized travel advice to clients based on their preferences and budget.
- Plan, book, and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and promotions.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues.
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations and regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office.
